Tim Wagar

I’m a native Washingtonian and I’ve been a licensed attorney since 2014 after earning my JD at the University of Washington. I focus my legal practice on estate planning, estate administration, taxation, and business advising. For my entire career I have practiced in east King County; however, I advise clients throughout Washington state. In addition to advising on legal matters, I also provide tax preparation services and tax planning advice for individual taxpayers. I was selected as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers.com for 2021-2022.

Planning for death, estate administration, and taxes can all be difficult prospects to contemplate. I do my best to listen well, be compassionate, and give thoughtful, helpful advice in the services I provide. In doing so, I’m fortunate to be able to help clients check difficult tasks off their to-do lists.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, being active, and remaining optimistic about the Seattle Mariners.
